Who we are
Panj is published by AL DEKOR d.o.o., Hotunje 9, 3232 Ponikva, Slovenia (director: Robert Spiljak). For the purposes of the GDPR, AL DEKOR d.o.o. is the controller of any personal data connected with the app. Contact: [email protected].
The short version
Panj is built to work completely offline. It has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics. We do not collect, receive, sell or share your personal data.
What stays on your device
Everything you create or choose in Panj is stored only on your phone: your saved panels, the names you give them, your bookmarked themes and your language setting. This information never leaves your device through the app, and we cannot see it. Uninstalling Panj or clearing its storage in Android settings removes it.
What we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number or account details, because there is no sign-up.
- No location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files from your device.
- No advertising identifier, device identifier, usage analytics or crash reports.
- No data is sent to third parties, and the app contains no third-party advertising or tracking code.
Device backups
If you have turned on Android backup for your device, Google may include app data in that backup under your Google account settings. That backup is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us.
Children
Panj contains no ads, no purchases, no chat and no way to share personal information, so it can be enjoyed by all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Under the GDPR and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) you still have the right to ask whether we process data about you, and to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where it applies. Write to us at the address below and we will answer promptly.
Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), www.ip-rs.si, or with the authority in your own EU/EEA country of residence.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects your data, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change reaches you.
